I love this idea! And the blowfish analogy is so good. Thought you might want to know that in Japanese, sushi is the term for rice wrapped around stuff (w/ or w/o seaweed)–which usually contains sashimi. The term for raw fish/seafood is “sashimi.” Many Americans still think sushi is the same thing, so it may not be a problem!
